The Teachers' Growing Research In Life Education Horizon

Life-educating which advocates respecting life being,perfecting life personality,realizing the value of life is raising more and more concern. The education concept regressioning education essence is getting acceptance in theory and exploration in practice day by day. Teachers are the first responders of Life-educating and the main body of the practice. Eductors receive education first, so the premise of successful implementation of Life-educating is inspiring the teachers'Life consciousness and paying attention toteachers'life Significance. However,this is the very ignore of life-educating,so this paper try to introducing life-educating to teachers'growth,at the same time,raise a new concept—teachers'life growth.With this concept,teachers can inspire their Life consciousness,Experience life feeling,gain life care,realize the value of lifeand the meaning of life.This paper consists of five parts,the first part introduces the origin of the research,related research review,the meaning of the research,research methods and theoretical basis.The second part defineds and analyses the concepts and characteristics of life-educating,teachers'growth and the factors influencing teachers' growth.The third part introduces three represe-ntative case first,then get the conclusion throngh the case study.Then combining the interview results,analyzs and verificats the departure form life-educating in theory.The fourth part raises a new concept--teachers'life growth on the basis of previous studies. And defineds and analyses the concepts and characteristics of teachers'life growth. Analyses the possibility and necessity of teachers'life growth in the horizon of life-educating.The last part of this paper according to the phenomenon that teachers'growth departs form life-educating,then reconstructs the taechers'life growth in the horizon of life-educating.
