As a music education workers, the pursuit of effective even efficient daily music teaching is a kind of purpose. Although we already have certain theory and practice research about effective teaching generality of every subjects, the research of subject teaching personality is relatively poor.The deep reforms of Music curriculum stress the effectiveness of bilateral actual teaching between the teacher-student interaction, pursuit of effective music teaching. However, investigations and observations show that the music teaching of elementary school is often in a state of inefficient. So, how to improve teaching efficiency and realize the effective even efficient teaching?Employing investigation method, practice method, observation, literature research and philosophical thinking method, this paper vividly elaborated how to realize the theory and practical operation of effective teaching music from three aspects."the concepts of effective music teaching in primary school," " the status of effective music teaching in primary school ", "the practice of effective music teaching in primary school".This paper argues that effective music teaching is a kind of effective, beneficial and efficient teaching which complies with music teaching law and can help students finish the music learning task, get the expected progress and development, achieve the teaching goal and to promote the students' music appreciation and aesthetic ability. To realize the effective music teaching, we should not only pay attention to music teaching classroom, but also focus on the whole process of teaching to make each phase of the teaching process to achieve effectiveness. According to the teaching process of goal management, effective teaching process is divided into three stages:teaching preparation, the implementation of the teaching and the teaching guidelines. This paper added a new stage names collaborative teaching, put forward collaborative teaching to achieve the effective coordination, so as to achieve the effective music teaching, firstly put forward "network + +curricular+ extracurricular" Trinitarian teaching mode to strongly viewpoint the effective coordination. This music teaching mode relies on network environment and modern information technology, breaks the traditional single class teaching mode, ingrate the curricular and extracurricular of music teaching and learning through the network, makes music classroom teaching and the extracurricular teaching organically combined into effective teaching unity, to improve students music literacy, with the feature of "openness, helpfulness, permeability, integrity", Emphasizes the advantage of effectively using network resources, fully integrates teaching resources such as curricular, extracurricular and network, makes effective music teaching closely combine with the characteristics of the information ear, and with the nature of innovative.
