At present, there are some common problems in the pedagogy courses of normal colleges all over our country, such as low teaching efficiency, poor interest in study and teaching, which affect the quality of our teachers'training. There are also such problems in Early Childhood Pedagogy's teaching activities. To solve these problems, we must change the traditional "giving-receiving type" teaching model for participatory teaching mode.Participatory teaching mode aims at respecting and developing students'subjectivity, and its main feature is propelling the students to participate in the entire teaching process actively. In order to solve the problems of the teaching activities on "Early Childhood Pedagogy", we must based on the features of "Early Childhood Pedagogy", guide the student to participate the activities of setting teaching objectives, organizing teaching process, and carrying out teaching evaluation, with the guidance of Constructivism. Besides, we need set up teaching ecological system actively with the guidance of Educational Ecology in order to support the implementing of participatory teaching mode.Based on relevant researches and years of practical teaching experience, we have researched systematically on the specific content and implementation conditions of Participatory teaching mode, which is according to the characteristics of "Early Childhood Pedagogy", by the means of questionnaire survey and interview towards the relevant students and teachers in a preschool normal college. This thesis is made up of four chapters. The first chapter includes the origin and significance of the research, related research review, the contents, theory basis, methods, and innovation points. Based on the features of "Early Childhood Pedagogy", the subsequent two chapters illustrate separately how to set teaching objectives, organize teaching process, and carry out teaching evaluation for participatory teaching mode. The last chapter just illustrates how to set up the implementation conditions for participatory teaching mode.
