Sports and fitness activities in proven Wuqinxi of fitness qigong can improve the health of the body, However, the physiological mechanism of which needs to be further confirmed, traditional Chinese exercise method can be more countries to accept, to play an active role in health effects. In this paper, observations focused on cardiovascular and respiratory functions, investigate the physiological mechanism of fitness function of Wuqinxi of fitness qigong.Research purpose:This paper probe on the cardiovascular and respiratory function indicators of the impact of Wuqinxi of fitness qigong on the60-69 years old group through not only the longitudinal study but the comparison between groups of horizontal between the two groups who exereise Wuqinxi of fitness qigong respeetively, in order to provid reference for the older age groups considering the possible difference between the effieaey of the two age groups index changes after exercise.Researeh objeets and methods:Select 211 elder local citizens of Jinan City Heights community with ages ranging from 60 to 69 years old,they are randomly divided into experimental and control groups,111 people are experimental group of which 60 to 64 years old of 57,65 to 69 years old of 54,100 people are control group of which 60 to 64 years old of 53,65 to 69 years old of 47.The testees are basically healthy without distinct difference in constitution,all the participant are voluntary in the exercise and the test of Wuqinxi of fitness qigong.The erperimental group practice for 12 weeks collectively with 5 times per week,every exercise takes about 60 minutes, complete knowledge of the book before the experiment, completed the ability to adapt to physical activity questionnaire before the first test.Experiment result:1.Before and after experiment:A distinct difference exists in the diastolic blood pressure,blood glucose,serum lipids,MVV(P<0.05),there is no striking difference in the heart rate immediately ten seconds of chair stand test,but in the other indicators(P<0.01)for the Wuqinxi 60-64 age group; compared with the control group there are distinct changes in the sit stand experimental index(P<0.01),and in the remaining indicators(P<0.05)2.Before and after experiment:A distinct difference exists in the systolic blood pressure,chair stand test 2 minutes and 30 seconds heart rate,sit stand experimental index,VC(P<0.01) ,but in the other indicators(P<0.05)for the Wuqinxi 65-69 age group; compared with the control group there are distinct changes in chair stand test immediately ten seconds and 2 minutes and 30 seconds heart rate,sit stand experimental index(P<0.01),no distinct changes in TG,FVC,FEC,and in the remaining indicators(P<0.05)3.After exercise the difference between the two groups of wuqinxi , most of the indicators of younger group is greater than the elderly group in the difference between ,this shows indexes and experimental results is more significant in the younger group4.Before the experiment compared with the indicators of the young group and old group, the young group is better than the elderly group; After the experiment the elder Wuqinxi group improved,and significant changes occurred. The control group were not significant.5. Each index of the control two groups is no significant changes in before and after experiment.6.Breathing function improvement effect of the Wuqinxi 60-64 age group is obvious , cardiovascular function improvement effect of the Wuqinxi 65-69 age group is obvious.Conelusion:1.Twelve weeks exercise of Wuqinxi has positive influence on the cardiovascular and respiratory function , and can enhance other body organs function, strengthen the anti-aging ability of body,this Qigong is the preferred project in the traditional health and physical health for the elderly.2.Among promoting and carrying out a variety of fitness activities, Wuqinxi is more scientific and more reasonable and to further improve people's health effects, Wuqinxi play a greater role for improve people's health and with a good value of fitness regimen...
