Research purposes: With the Documents--" ‘ Healthy China 2030 ' Planning Outline ","National Fitness Plan(2016-2020)","Chinese Medicine Health Service Development Plan(2015-2020)" come out,Health Qigong,as an important way and means to guide health preservation and to help people keeping health in ancient China,is developing vigorously.However,the research on the effect of Health Qigong on improving body composition and cardiovascular function of college students is still insufficient.This study took Helath Qigong·Badunjin as the exercise intervention method,and college students as the research object.By organizing college students to practice Helath Qigong · Badunjin,the changes of body composition and cardiovascular function indexes before and after the exercise were measured,and the effects of Helath Qigong · Badunjin on the improvement and regulation of body composition and cardiovascular function of college students were studied,it aims to understand the health value of Helath Qigong to college students and provide reference for the further popularization of Helath Qigong.Methods: 47 college students(24 in the experimental group and 23 in the control group)were randomly selected as the research subjects for 3-month Helath Qigong·Baduanjin exercise.During this period,the subjects were required to practice together twice a week(1.5 hours),once a week for remote guidance,and the rest of the time,the students were required to do Baduanjin and standing pile on their own,and exercise time and amount were strictly controlled.Before and after the experiment,the heart rate and body composition indexes of the subjects were tested by the South Korea Biospace InBody370 human body composition analyzer,the peripheral arterial blood pressure indexes of the subjects by the electronic sphygmomanometer,and the central arterial pressure,pulse wave analysis,heart rate variability and other relevant indexes of the subjects by the cardiovascular function detector manufactured by the Australian company.The data before and after were tested by using independent sample T of SPSS19.0 statistical software.Research result:(1)There were significant differences before and after the intervention between the experimental group and the control group in the changes of fat free mass and muscle mass(p<0.05),and the changes of skeletal muscle were p=0.054.Specifically,the values of fat free mass,muscle mass and skeletal muscle in the experimental group were increased,while those in the control group were decreased.(2)Body basic morphological index and girth index of the experimental group and the control group both increased after intervention,but there was no significant difference(p>0.05).(3)There were significant differences before and after the intervention between the experimental group and the control group in the changes of body water content,inorganic salt,bone content and basal metabolic rate(p<0.05).Specifically,the values of body water content,inorganic salt,bone content and basal metabolic rate in the experimental group were increased,while those in the control group were decreased.(4)There was a significant difference in SBP between the experimental group and the control group before and after intervention(p<0.05),and a very significant difference between DBP and CDBP before and after intervention(p<0.01).Specifically,the values of DBP,CSBP and CDBP decreased in the experimental group and increased in the control group.(5)RMSSD,PNN50,LFnorm,HFnorm and TP were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group before and after intervention(p<0.05).Specifically,the values of RMSSD,PNN50,HFnorm and TP were increased in the experimental group and decreased in the control group.The value of LFnorm decreased in the experimental group and increased in the control group.Conclusion:(1)Sticking to exercise Helath Qigong·Badunjin can effectively enhance the fat free mass and muscle mass,and increase the skeletal muscle.The results were as follows: the fat free mass and muscle mass in the experimental group were significantly increased,and the skeletal muscle was relatively increased.In the control group,the fat free mass and muscle mass were significantly decreased,while theskeletal muscle was relatively reduced.(2)Due to seasonal and temperature changes,human basic morphological index and girth index have been increased,but by adhering to the practice of Helath Qigong·Badunjin can effectively control the growth of fat and girth caused by seasonal and temperature changes.(3)Sticking to exercise Helath Qigong·Badunjin can effectively improve the body moisture content,inorganic salts,bone content and basal metabolic,relatively improve the protein and health assessment score.(4)Sticking to exercise Helath Qigong·Badunjin can effectively reduce blood pressure,relatively reduced the relevant values of pulse wave analysis.(5)Sticking to exercise Helath Qigong·Badunjin can effectively improve the tension of parasympathetic nerves,reduce the activity of sympathetic nerves,enhance the body autonomic nerve regulation ability.
