With the development of cloud computing and big data technology,countries and universities have proposed the use of big data technology to carry out the normal monitoring and evaluation of education quality,so as to find problems in time and promote the construction by evaluation.However,the source,collection and open sharing of monitoring data restrict the realization of normal monitoring and evaluation,and the bottleneck is the problem of data collection.To this end,this thesis takes the field of graduate education as an example to explore the principles and ways of building a big data resource system for education,and attempts to solve this bottleneck.This thesis analyzes the current situation and problems in the construction process of education big data information resource system by combing and defining related concepts such as big data,big data information resource system,education informatization,etc.,based on information resource management and information life cycle theory.That is,it is difficult to collect and repeat data collection in the data collection stage,there is a big hidden danger in data storage,data restructuring in the process of data processing and analysis,unstructured data is ignored or not collected,and information islands are prominent during data application.Then comprehensively case method and interview method are used,and focus on combining the characteristics in the field of graduate education,with two practical cases of the use of postgraduate course teaching data in the graduate admissions adjustment and teachers’ annual performance assessment,from business flow,data flow and data use The main body "data producer-reviewer-user" and other angles deeply analyze the problems that data sharing and information exchange are restricted and the causes.Drawing on the construction of the traffic big data information resource system and the new model of online transactions in the era of smart economy,it is proposed that in the new era of "cloud things moving big wisdom",At the construction of graduate education big data information resource system "sharing,tracking,cooperation,crowdfunding" should be established.The new concept follows the principles of "mainly taking account of altruism" and "data structure integrity","standardization of data standards" and "data value identification";thus,a new idea for building a big data information resource system for graduate education is Crowdfunding model of "decentralized-centralized-decentralized".The ideas and the principles is the theoretical thinking of the thesis exploring the construction of big data resource system for graduate education.Based on the ideas 安 and principles and the Crowdfunding modle,this thesis continues to explore the ways to realize the construction of big data resource system for graduate education.According to the different sources of big data and information exchange objects for postgraduate education in colleges and universities,and the identity of the sponsors of crowdfunding,four models for constructing a big data information resource system for postgraduate education are proposed,that is: "between universities and higher education authorities",There are two models of "external-vertical",the "external-horizontal" model between universities and other brother universities,and the "internal-horizontal" model between different business departments within the university.And the advantages and disadvantages of each of these four models is further analyzied,it is shown that it is feasible to implement the co-construction and sharing of big data information resources for postgraduate education based on the new concept of “sharing,tracking,and cooperation”;The policy environment for the construction of the big data information resource system for graduate education also puts forward a series of recommendations,namely: on the one hand,it is recommended that the national level should formulate national standards and establish unified data standards,and must improve the big data market development mechanism and standardized data trading system;On the one hand,for colleges and universities,first of all,it is necessary to build a "third-party connection platform" for data sharing and exchange instead of a "data center";secondly,it is necessary to improve the organization management mechanism,reengineer business processes,and then to improve data Security management mechanism,"blockchain" technology should be used.
