The sharing between children refers to sharing materials or emotions when they are living in a community, This is a prerequisite for them to adapt to social life and to accomplish socialization. To study the features of3-6years old children's sharing, this research, taking the growing of international cooperation and competition and the cross-cultural research became increasingly popular as the background, has compared the behavior and concept of sharing for Chinese and Cambodia children, based on field investigate of Chinese and Cambodia kindergarten. In the meantime, the research also compares the children's social and ecological environment of two countries, and analyses what factors affect the differences between Countries.The study about children's sharing behavior, which have referred to Rochat, Dias and Guo's research and amend according to the actual conditions of two countries, consist of four cases as follow:can/can't be divided equally, many/few, be influenced by friendship and under the influence of different genders. The study about children's concept of sharing that have extended the definition about sharing of Professor Zhang Li, have six question that includes two angles of self concept of sharing and others concept of sharing and three areas about food toy and emotion. The result is as follows:1.The Chinese children show more altruistic tendency compared to Cambodia children in the concept of sharing, but show the same altruistic tendency in the sharing behavior.2.The Chinese children show more altruistic tendency compared to the same gender children of Cambodia in the concept of sharing, but show the same altruistic tendency in the sharing behavior.3.That sharing food and toys show more altruistic tendency compared to share emotion among the Chinese children, but the situation of Cambodia is opposite.4.The Chinese children show more altruistic tendency compared to Cambodia children when having more sharing items, but The Cambodia children show more altruistic tendency compared to Chinese children when having less sharing items.5.The Chinese children show less altruistic tendency when he did not like the friends, but this altruistic tendency show rise after5years old. The Cambodia children show less altruistic tendency among3-5years old. The Chinese children and Cambodia children show same altruistic tendency when he like the friend.6.The Chinese and Cambodia girl all show more altruistic tendency to the same gender, but the boy show significant differences.The similarities and differences for two countries is due to the social and ecological environment which children's growth and development. The Cambodia has the different social and ecological environment with China, such as religious environment, family education environment and kindergarten education, but also has the same, for example Chinese traditional culture. The social and ecological environment leads the current situation of children behavior and concept of sharing of two countries.
