Objective:To understand the current situation of Physical Fitness Health and Life Style upon special group of students in boarding high school. To provide reference for improving current situation of Physical Fitness Health and forming a Healthy Life Style upon special group of students in boarding high school and supply theoretical basis and practical reference on the Physical Education Teaching to senior middle schools in Medium or Small Urban.Method:Totally600students from4classes of the first middle school, the second middle school and the third middle school in Loudi were adopted with randomized cluster sample method were measured by Physical Fitness Test and Investigated about Life Style and Mental Health.80boarders were randomly selected from students of total Physical Fitness Health Test score under75. They were divided into four groups which are the control group, the sporting group, the health education group and the comprehensive group.Results:1. Most of the boarders of grade one from high middle schools in Loudi passed the Physical Fitness Test. And failed boarders were nearly a quarter. The results of lung volume marks and step test marks focused on Good and Pass.2. Through12-week experiment, Physical Quality and Body Function had obviously changed in the comprehensive group and sporting group. The indexes of Physical Quality and Body function after the experiment in the sporting group and the comprehensive group had very significant differences or significant differences.(P<0.01or P<0.05).But there were no significant differences in the health education group and the control group(P>0.05). Each index of psychological health improved in the health education group and comprehensive group. The indexes of Mental Health after the experiment in the comprehensive group and the health education group had very significant differences or significant differences(P<0.01or P<0.05). But there were no significant differences in the sporting group and the control group (P>0.05).3. There was a positive interaction between Sport Factors and Health Education Factor on Physical Fitness and Mental Health (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The situation of Physical Fitness Health of the boarders of grade one from high middle schools in Loudi was not optimist. The whole situation of the Physical Functions was well, but the boys'marks were better than girls'. The Physical Quality of boys and girls wasn't well, the girls'was especially not ideal. The Mental Health of the boarders maintained on the normal level, but the partial factors got high scores in test. In general, the girls had got more mental problems than boys, Mental Health status less than the boy'.2.The status of the Life Style of the boarders of grade one from high middle schools showed that dietary unbalance and lack of extracurricular Physical Exercise. It is important factor affecting Physical Fitness.3. Intervention of sporting and sporting and health education intervention can improve the level of Physical Quanlity and Physical Functional. Health education intervention and health education and sporting intervention on subjects'Mental Health promoted.4. It was showed that the Sport Factor was the main factor influencing the improving of the total score of Physical Fitness Test, the Health Education factor was the main factor influencing the increasing of the total average score of Mental Health. Synthetic intervention including health education and sporting can improve the level of boarding students' Physical Quality, Body function and Mental Health.
