Healthy China 2030 conducted that combining the medical health services and non-medical health services intervention should be strengthened and forming the Integrated monitoring service model for health services should be promoted.but the scientific movement is an important measure to promoting the good development for preschool children under the guidance of physical and medical integration.In the process of the rapid development of economy,children and adolescents in China is facing serious healthy challenges,including the decline of the qualified rate of physical examination,the increase of the incidence of obesity and myopia rate,which are closely related to the preschool children who lack physical exercise.The institute of sports medicine assumed that physical fitness includes skill physical fitness and healthy physical fitness,For young children,their skills fitness includes explosive power,endurance,balance,sensitivity and coordination of movements,and their healthy fitness includes body composition,the strength and endurance of muscle,cardiopulmonary endurance,physical flexibility and so on.In order to improve the physical fitness index of young children,they can carry out various forms of physical exercise that suitable for their age characteristics such as standing,walking,running,jumping,drilling,climbing,rolling,drilling,climbing,throwing and so on.They can also walk by foot instead of car,walk up and down the stairs by themselves,and carry their backpack.At the same time,teachers should carry out the safety education and pay attention to training the ability of self-protection and cooperation for children.Through the methods of literature,experimental research,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,logic analysis,expert interviews,this paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the physical training model of children aged 3-6 years,and puts forward reasonable physical training methods and application principles.It is helpful to strengthen children's physique and promote their physical and mental development.Meanwhile,Teachers improve the children's explosive power,upper and lower limb muscle strength,coordination,balance,flexibility and other physical qualities by testing the children's six sports skills including standing long jump,feet continuous jump,10 meters reentry run,tennis throw far,sitting stereo forward flexion and balance beam.Besides,60 children aged 3-6 years were randomly selected and divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).According to the established physical training model,the experimental groupcarried out physical intervention training for children aged 3-6 years for three months,including three times a week,20-30 minutes each time.while the control group carried out physical activity according to the daily teaching arrangement of kindergarten.By comparing and analyzing the data of body mass index BMI and six motor skills of children before and after intervention,this paper get the following experimental results:(1)For the body shape and body fitness of experimental group and the control group before the intervention,P value is above 0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups,so the intervention experiment could be carried out.(2)there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in height(P=0.012)?body weight(P=0.011)?BMI(P=0.001).for P value were below 0.05;Among 10 meters back(P=0.044)?tennis throw far(P=0.000)?feet continuous jump(P=0.001)?standing long jump(P=0.001)?sitting stereo forward flexion(P=0.021)?balance beam(P=0.004)There were significant differences in P values below 0.05.It can be seen that the effect of physical training mode on children's physical fitness intervention was remarkable.(3)In this physical Training Model,53% children tend to have positive attitude,reasonable training can improve physical fitness,help them up and improve children's interest in physical exercise.Through the experimental results,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The routine physical education class in the control group ignored the health problem that whether the physical fitness of children reach the standard or not,the control group focused on “playing”,and have less awareness of real physical education.So there was no significant improvement in children's physical fitness during the intervention.(2)In the experimental group,the physical training model has positive effect on Children's height,weight and BMI.There was significant improvement in in Children's physical fitness(speed,strength,endurance,flexibility,balance,agility).(3)In the physical training mode,children aged 3-6 are satisfied with the training process and effect of the physical training mode.
