Young people are the future hope of the nation, their health related to the vitality of the nation. However, the2010Students’Health monitoring findings:students’endurance, speed, explosive power, strength, quality continues to decline. Therefore, improving the young people, especially college students’physical health, has become the current urgent task.In this study,72male students in order to Cheung University of Engineering and Technology2010for the study. The use of literature, questionnaire surveys and statistics and other research methods. Attempt to appropriate arrangements can be course through the body, to raise students’awareness of the body, and thus understand the importance of physical activity and health, and energy curriculum and the traditional physical education courses, teaching activities through physical fitness, demonstrate physical fitness can the implementation of the curriculum student body, whether we can improve the fitness level of recognition of knowledge as well as improve the physical fitness performance, and through physical fitness can the performance of cognitive tests and physical fitness testing, and to study their correlation. The results show that:1. Can cognitive experimental pre-test the experimental group and control group of72students to the implementation of health-related fitness, statistics showed that:The majority of students lack the health and fitness lack of knowledge, health and fitness related information and knowledge.2. The teaching of traditional sports ignore the cultivation of students’physical health education and health-related fitness can be cognitive. Students in the control group health fitness can cognitive test scores compared with the pre-test no significant difference compared with the experimental group students’health-related physical fitness test scores can cognitive significant difference.3. Experimental group students after the health and fitness courses, most of the student health-related physical fitness related information and knowledge can significantly increase test scores have a very substantial increase in the two tests significant difference. Physical fitness education model the introduction of effective change students’cognitive status quo for health-related physical fitness, these will guide the students to choose the right sports project for scientific physical training had a positive impact.4.By the experimental group and control group of72students to the implementation of health-related fitness can show the experimental pre-test statistics showed that:students in mind to be a lack of lung function and muscle strength, high levels of body fat, health and fitness performance is poor.5.Although the teaching of traditional sports can promote the development of the students cardiopulmonary function, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body composition improvement is not obvious, can not fully enhance students’ health-related physical fitness performance levels.6.Ordinary college PE course the introduction of physical fitness to educate mode make the most of the students’health-related physical fitness level of performance significantly improved physical fitness can education model to improve students’ health-related physical fitness level of performance, to improve students’exercise habits and culture The students’lifelong awareness of great help.7.After15weeks of sports teaching, whether it is physical fitness education to this mode of teaching, the traditional teaching mode, teaching can enable students to acquire a certain amount of sports technology, skills, complete the goal of sports teaching sports skills. The skills test of the experimental group and control group of excellent and good rate is insignificant, no significant difference in average scores.
