Legitimacy Of Public Policy Research University Information

The research on the nascent university information disclosure policy iscomparatively scarce. Value judgment of information disclosure policy should be takenseriously as the fundamental research of information disclosure policy, only when it isconsidered as valuable policy, can the research of information disclosure policy issignificant. By introducing the concept of legitimation of university informationdisclosure policy in the university information disclosure policy research, and the metalevel analysis of the university information disclosure policy's self-worth, the metatheory should be taken as the foundation of information disclosure policy research. Theuniversity information disclosure policy should be considered as perfectly legitimate,so that the legitimation would stimulate information disclosure policy to greaterimplementation, and to implement university information disclosure.This research is theme of the legitimacy of university information disclosurepolicy, the main task is to judge the legitimacy of university information disclosurepolicy proposed and standard. The main research contents are as follows: the first partof the research is chapter two, this part introduce the concept of information disclosure,information disclosure policy, university information disclosure, university informationdisclosure policy, and explore the basic connection of them and so on. The second partis chapter three, this part introduce the basic of legitimacy study from different subjects,legitimacy of policy and the legitimacy of university information disclosure policy,draw up the standard of legitimacy and point out different perspectives for this research.The third part is chapter four and chapter five, this part prove the legitimacy ofuniversity information disclosure policy from the areas of information, policy, law,university administration, equality in education and social demand.
