College Information Disclosure Policy Evaluation Studies

Evaluation of university information disclosure policy is the important part ofuniversity information disclosure, and evaluation research of university informationdisclosure policy has major theoretical value and practical significance. Based onuniversity information disclosure policy evaluation concept, this paper discusses theproblem of university information disclosure policy evaluation theoretical systemconstruction mainly from following four aspects of subject and object, standards andmethods, the implementation process analysis, and system elements construction. Onthe basis of defining connotation of evaluation on university information disclosurepolicy scheme, combining with the analysis of evaluation index on universityinformation disclosure policy scheme, the university has constructed the evaluationindex system of university information disclosure policy scheme that contains fourprimary indexes and twenty secondary indexes, and established the evaluation model ofuniversity information disclosure policy scheme. Based on the analysis of connotationof implementation effect evaluation of university information disclosure policy, thethesis has built the evaluation index system of implementation effect on universityinformation disclosure policy. By using improved AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)method to determine weight of evaluation index on university information disclosurepolicy, and created the evaluation model of implementation effect on universityinformation disclosure policy, and attempted to use the model to conduct dynamicevaluation with the bad and good at implementation effect and the development trend ofexecution effect on university information disclosure policy. Finally, with fivesuggestions to further improve and enhance the evaluation quality of universityinformation disclosure policy.
