The Study Of Combination Of Production And Learning Group Development On Rural Adult Education

The phenomenon that rural adult education development lags behind has become one of the key factors that constraints rural development. In order to promoting the construction of new countryside, enhance new peasants'whole quality and cultivate new peasants who are literate, understand technology and management in China, great efforts should be made to develop rural adult education. Based on introducing the basis of existing research results, this paper puts forward rural adult education of the combination of production and learning group development path, the reform of the rural adult education for development to explore new development.This thesis studied development of the combination of production and learning group in rural adult education by using literature, history and case analysis. First, the thesis studied rural adult education development from theory, then, put forward the rural adult education study group in unity development idea by combining present situation rural adult education development problem existed. Next the subject continues a deep research on rural adult education collective development and illustrates the necessity and feasibility of the existing rural adult education with production and learning with example illustration of successful cases to prove that rural adult education collectivization development production and learning one is feasible. Finally, the article takes further study for rural adult education of the combination of production and the development of the group operating strategy to illustrate the view that the first thing is the cultivation of industry combined with local characteristic, increase the support and build training system to achieve rural adult education of the combination of production and learning groups.The innovation is the combination of rural adult education development and the countryside characteristic industry to put forward developmental direction for the combination of production and learning group in rural adult education. The development idea is different from the traditional rural adult education development mode. Especially the rural characteristic industry closely combined the development of rural adult education and cultivation of new peasants who are literate, understand technology and management which task has actual significance and reference values.
