Research Of The Base Construction Of Production-study-research Combination In Agricultural Colleges

Strengthening the base construction of production-study-research Combination in agricultural colleges and universities is a very important method for scientific and technological innovation and technology diffusion in agricultural colleges and universities. Based on the analysis on the present situation of production- study-research combination in agricultural colleges and universities of home and abroad, this paper mainly inquires into the type, function and operation mode of the production- study- research base in agricultural colleges and universities. Taking Jilin Agricultural University as an example, it also studies the development, the present situation, and the problems of the base construction of production- study-research combination in agricultural colleges and universities and analyzes constraints on the construction from five aspects including fund restriction and others. Through the analysis, research conclusions of the base construction of production- study-research combination in agricultural colleges and universities are obtained and the countermeasures are also proposed.This paper takes the base construction of production- study- research combination in agricultural colleges and universities as the research object and discusses this issue in five chapters:Chapter one is introduction, which includes research purpose and significance, literature review of home and abroad, definition of relevant concepts, research objectives and research contents, research methods and technology Roadmap.Chapter two elaborates the type and function and operation mode of the production- study- research base in agricultural colleges and universities, which includes four functions: teaching, research, production and management, demonstration and achievements transformation). Chapter three also introduces the operating mode of production- study- research base, which is already presented multi-functional, diversified, and integrated trend. It mainly includes teaching experimental training-type pattern, science-based research model, research mode of modern park demonstration, the College Board mode, mode of production- study – research combination(Experimental Farm).Chapter three takes Jilin Agricultural University as an example and analyzes the development, the operation mode,the present situation, and the problems of the base construction of production- study- research combination in agricultural colleges and universities.Chapter four analyzes constraints on the construction including fund, space, personnel, benefit, management system, policies and regulations constraints, etc.Chapter five obtains research conclusions of the base construction of production- study- research combination in agricultural colleges and universities and proposes the countermeasures on the basis of the above analysis.
