This study takes K-Dai ethnic minority high school as the research site, takes the community as culture site and takes random sampling,cluster sampling and snow ball sampling to confirm the research goal. In the research process, the author made some class observations in one "upgrading class" and two "ordinary classes". Then, the author cited semi-structural interview and collective interview to find out the unfair education fact and the "tacit violence" what "recessive dropouts" has undertaken and the "incompetence" expectation what the school has given them. Then, find the reasons why "recessive dropout" phenomenon comes into being and the meaning behind the phenomenon. Finally, the writer takes compatible culture theory and empowering way as the guide theory to give some feasible suggestions according the goal school's pedagogy fact and the possibility of development. The unfair fact what the "recessive dropouts" has undertaken are embodied in the classroom facts. Classroom facts include several aspects:teachers'teaching language, conversation, teachers'questions for students and the residence time before the students answer the question, the relationship degree between the teacher talk and the teaching subject, teaching method, students'reflection, seating show and the situation when the students answer questions, et.Through this research results, the specific performance of "recessive dropout" phenomenon mainly shows that:students rarely participate in class, they are usually at school on the morning, but ask for leaving school for truancy afternoon. The process how the "recessive dropouts" are shaped is also the performance of the traditional education goal which focuses on "entrance education".1. Screening of "good students" and "students with poor results";2. Consolidating the system in the different process of education and teaching language step by step; Shaping "good students" are shaped to somebody what the teachers want them to be while plundering the results of "students with poor results" who are shaped to somebody the teachers want them to be;3. Finally, the entrance rate of "upgrading class" achieves the index from higher authorities.From these classroom facts with classroom observation, the author cites critical pedagogy theory and culture compatible theory to reveal the process that "recessive dropouts" are shaped and the process their resources are plundered. Finally, find out the reasons why they are shaped that kind of students through both theories, and then further the dropout theory, give some feasible suggestions and countermeasures to local education and the ethnical minority education according to local situation and the development direction and goal of our country's education. It's greatly meaningful for reiterating the essence of education of our country, improving the whole quality of education and maintaining our country's national unity.
