Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the continuous improvement of vocational education policy and system,secondary vocational education has made a series of achievements.However,behind the continuous development of secondary vocational education is also facing a series of challenges,restricting the quality and balanced development of secondary vocational education,secondary vocational students’ recessive dropout phenomenon is an important embodiment.Recessive dropout is not only related to the improvement of individual human capital of students,but also related to vocational education and the development of national economy.Therefore,based on the theory of Push-pull and Expected value,literature research,questionnaire survey and interview are used to analyze and discuss the status quo and problems of recessive dropout in X School in Nanning city,and analyze the mechanism and influencing factors of recessive dropout,in order to explore the prevention and control of secondary vocational students recessive dropout ideas and strategies.It is found that the recessive dropout of secondary vocational school students is caused by the interaction between their value belief and expectation belief,and the dimension cross between value belief and expectation belief constitutes the different status quo of secondary vocational school students’ recessive dropout.Through further analysis of the present situation,it is found that the occurrence of recessive dropout cannot be completely attributed to a single factor,but usually contains two or more complex factors.The main body collusion and mutual collusion of recessive dropout not only restrict the acquisition of individual human capital of students,but also hinder the quality and balanced development of secondary vocational education.The transformation from normal learning to recessive dropping out mainly goes through the process of game between push and pull.On the one hand,the professional supply of schools cannot meet the development needs of students,and the imbalance between supply and demand drives recessive drop out.On the other hand,school management system,examination system,employment management system of enterprises,government subsidy system and employment system play a pulling role to eliminate the recessive dropout of secondary vocational students.Then,through the in-depth exploration of this dynamic push and pull mechanism,it is found that the internal and external factors existing in the cultural level can be traced to the origin of the occurrence of recessive dropout,mainly includes: the gap between the mainstream culture of the school and students’ individual cognition promotes the emergence of recessive dropout;the consistency of social positivism concept and family reading concept aggravates the recessive dropout.Based on analyzing the current situation and problems of secondary vocational students recessive dropout,and after analyzing the mechanism of push and pull and the underlying influencing factors,the prevention and control thinking of transforming from the external control logic to the internal control logic is put forward,and from school-community cooperation,school-enterprise cooperation and inter-school cooperation to analyze the prevention and control of secondary vocational students recessive dropout strategy: by fostering community education and secondary vocational education serving forces to bridge the cultural gap between the thrust;through establishing the strategic thinking,process thinking and evaluation thinking of school-enterprise cooperation,the thrust of cultural consistency can be reduced;through the horizontal cooperation between secondary vocational schools,vertical cooperation between vocational schools and cross cooperation between general vocational schools to stimulate the endogeneity of secondary vocational school culture.
