China's government clearly stated thaf"education must be placed in priority strategic position to the development, so that higher education has entered an unprecedented period of rapid development.There are a lot of researches on college financial expenditure structure at home and abroad.Most of which were from the source of education funding structure or personnel expenses and the proportion of public funds,also from the shortage of funds perspective,in the corresponding.primary and secondary education expenditure as a percentage of the structure of financial expenditure is also more,but it is still blank studies on the spending of public funds to analyze the draw, optimized structural point of view of scientific proportion to studyThis paper analyzes the status quo of China's Financial Management in Colleges,summed up the shortcomings in financial management,do researches from the perspective for the causes of shortcomings.Using existing methods and theories to compare,analysis and research the college expenditure structure.The content of this study is based on previous theoretical research expenditure on education, as well as structural optimization,starting from our colleges and universities shortage of funds and expenditure structure's irrational, and other issues.Use a variety of important ideas about the mathematical optimization as as a guide,for China's colleges and universities the characteristics of the expenditure on education,using various theoretical methods to build a university financial expenditure structure optimization design.Establishing a structural model of the goods and services expenditures. Provides a reference for other similar institutions.
