Proposition of teachers' experience of traditional testing has comea long development stage, the guidance of bi-directional breakdown isa scientific evolved form. It originated from the rising of taxonomy ofeducational objectives in50's of the last century. Its main theme is toovercome the experience, blindness, and to improve the objectivity andscientific of propositions. So that it can prepare the authenticity taskcontext problem and let students apply what they have learned in the processof solving certain problems. Let teachers understand their level ofknowledge, level of cognitive development, and to inspire its thinking,exercise their problem analysis and problem solving skills. Qualitymonitoring is in order to achieve a comprehensive understanding ofstudents' mathematics learning. It will rely on scientific and feasiblebi-directional breakdown.This article mainly discussed the theoretical basis, production andapplication of mathematics quality monitoring and bi-directionalbreakdown. It divided into five parts.The continuous development of China's basic education qualitymonitoring provides new oil for the rise of bi-directional breakdown.The first part is to clarify the basic categories of mathematical qualitymonitoring and bi-directional breakdown, and it also proposes amathematical framework for quality monitoring and analysis of bi-directional breakdown.The second part seeks to cognitive learning theory and test theoryperspective in terms of bi-directional breakdown in the preparation andapplication of basic theory. Knowledge and capacity is always the mostcentral question in learning theory as well as psychology and pedagogy.Cognitive learning theory, especially education purpose classification theory provides a new perspective for bi-directional breakdown, whichis one of the solid theoretical foundations. Research for bi-directionalbreakdown of psychological tests related to the theory of the study providesa more deep knowledge base and technical reference system.Part three is concerned about the problems encountered in the regionalbi-directional breakdown math basic education quality monitoring. In theanalysis of the advantage of regional mathematical quality monitoring ofthe bi-directional breakdown, we proposed the general principles andprocedures for regional Bi-directional breakdown of mathematical qualitymonitoring, and analyze the development of mathematical quality monitoringtechnology of bi-directional breakdown with specific instances.Part four gives examples of mathematical quality monitoring and theimportant role of bi-directional breakdown, such as how to use bi-directional breakdown guide proposition, group volume, and how to use bi-directional breakdown analysis to monitoring results and so on.At last this paper summarizes the reflection of this research.Summarizing the important discoveries, and reflecting some deficienciesin this paper. To propose some personal prospects for the research of bi-directional breakdown.
