Degree And Graduate Education Quality Monitoring Study

An upsurge of quality guarantee to higher education has arisen around the world recently. As an important portion in the system of higher education quality guarantee, monitoring education quality has been focused on. China is in the stage that higher education is developing very fast, and so do academic degrees and graduate students education that is the last grade in higher education. Without the quality guarantee or improvement, the ultimate goal of quantity increase would not be achieved, and the popularity and internationalization of Chinese higher education would be affected. Further, it would affect China in improving country power. So the Chinese academic degrees and graduate students education should take use of advanced international experiences, build up a quality monitoring system, and monitor education very usefully. This paper includes three main sections: The first is trying to establish a theory system of monitoring the academic degrees and graduate students education, which includes to set up layered monitoring system, to make up education quality monitoring models, to establish the academic degrees and graduate students education quality testified-system, to establish society evaluation system and make independent organize of evaluation to evaluate, and so on. The second is studying the technology to monitor the academic degrees and graduate students education quality. The paper summarizes and analysis those technologies that have been used in some fields, then mainly discusses classify-analyses way and radar-picture analyses way, and make them to apply in monitor the academic degrees and graduate students education, and prove that it is operated easily. Last, we obtain the results and have the idea for further research. The paper also investigates how to monitor the Chinese academic degrees and graduate students education quality, and has the statistic data, then analysis some question.
