Study On Refinement Of The College Students Ideological And Political Education In University Fujian

In new period to strengthen and improve university students' ideological and political educationbecome the demands of the development of times, and the important responsibilities of university. InApril,2010, Fujian Provencial Education Working Committee and Fujian Ministry of Educationpromulgated a document-《Notice On Further Promoting the Elaboration of College Students' Ideologicaland Political Education》[fujian committee teach xuan17files], and decided to vigorously promotecollege students' ideological and political elaboration education in university. In this paper, the authorcomprehensively use literature research, investigation and study, multidiscipline research combinedmethods, and through the questionnaire survey of basic practices,existing problem and reason analysis ofcollege students' ideological and political education in university of Fujian province, existing problems andreason, and also proposed some effective measures to solve these problems. To provide reference for theelaboration work of Fujian college students' ideological and political education deep in the aspects oftheory and practice.This is also the innovation part of this paper, and also the theoretic and practicalmeaning part.In this paper, the author will do her research from the following five parts: The first part: the authorproceeded from the analysis of current situation both at home and abroad, under the Marxism theory ofpeople's individual development,the universality and specificity of contradiction and the Scientific outlookon development guiding, took example by elaboration management theory, from the elaborationperspective to research, in the new period,the elaborate theory and practical meaning of college students'ideological and political education.The second part:Taking examples by the elaborate management results, in this paper innovativelyproposed the scientific connotation of college students' ideological and political elaboration education, thatis adhere to the people-oriented concept, by using elaborate attitude, accurate grasp and delicate process,to emphasize the key point of work, and make ideological and political education elaborate; based on theabove do the Meticulous education on college students, to make ideological and political education coveredevery process, standard each step, refining to every step of the way, specific to each event and implementedto each student. In this part, the author stated the elaboration characteristic of college students' ideologicaland political education from,humanity and carefulization of education concept, scientificalness andinstitutionalof education management, pertinence and hierarchical of education content,flexibility andhumanity of education methods, the four perspective.The third part:By analysing the new changes of international and domestic form that at present collegestudents' ideological and political education faced,the deep-going transformation of Higher Education and the weak links existed in ideological and political education, proposed that elaboration of college students'ideological and political education is the new demand in new period's ideological and political educationand is the inevitable choice to promote ideological and political education new development and to improvethe methods of ideological and political education.The fouth part: Through questionnaire survey, information access and data analysis, the author made asummarize and reflection on the more than one year's elabotarion work of Fujian university collegestudents' ideological and political education, pointed out the existing problem. analysed the reasons ofelaboration work of Fujian university college students' ideological and political education and providedrealistic foundation support to the research of solving these problems.The fifth part: Guided by theories of Marxism and Scientific Outlook on Development, closelycombined elaboration concept with college students' ideological and political education, from operationprocess, operation mechanism,information management and executive security the four parts of collegestudents' ideological and political education, and put forward some suggestions-do some activeresearch on the following aspects of materialization of education object, close to education contentmodernization of education method, diversification of education supporter, refinement of Educationenvironment; scientification of education management, System standardization, Responsibilitiesexplicitness, routing work, Assessment standardization, information management; expert, pragmatic typeand professional of education team construction, and make sure that ideological and political educationelaboration work can be done scientifically and carefully.
