The Ideological And Political Instructors To Continue Education Research In Fujian Province

Universities are the places where talents are concentrated. The stability of universities is the foundation of social stability. It is of great practical significance to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education work of universities, which is the demand of the times. Starting from the concept, meaning and theoretical basis of ideological and political instructors and continuing education, the paper discusses the system construction of continuing education of ideological and political instructors. Although there are some research on teacher continuing education both at home and abroad, there are still a lot of problems in the study of continuing education of ideological and political instructors, mainly focusing on the analysis of meaning, problems and suggestions. The research on continuing education mode and system of ideological and political instructors are still limited, which will not conducive to the comprehensive development of ideological and political instructors in China.This paper chooses Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, Jimei University and Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College as samples, uses the methods of literature research, questionnaires, interviews and theoretical analysis to collect, identify, translate and collate the literatures, and combines the investigation and interview, analyzing the ideological and political instructor continuing education status, exploring the ways for ideological and political workers in universities to continue education, and building a hybrid continuing education system for ideological and political instructor in Universities of Fujian.This paper observes the situation of continuing education of ideological and political instructors who have accepted the provincial level or above during 1999 and 2013, analyzes the effectiveness and satisfaction of the existing continuing education, and carried out the investigation on expected ways and content of continuing education.Currently, the modes of continuing education for instructors mainly include outside-school-based, school-based, continuing education-based mode, community model and mixed mode. This paper constructs a mixed model of the continual education system for ideological and political counselors in Fujian, which includes three sub-systems, respectively are continuing education form system, continuing education content system and continuing education target system.Finally, the paper presents some advice and suggestions to the continuing education of counselors. It is necessary to improve the counselor continuing education system, better the counselor continuing education regulations; plan the training content scientifically, improve the work level of counselor; build the professional mechanism to enhance the professional capacity of counselor; solve the counselor as a student deepen the ideological understanding of the problem; strengthen the education in politics, policy, nation and law; create the learning environment, build lifelong education system; innovate the educational model, improve the efficiency of education innovation education model; design the course scheme for political instructors continuing education; strengthen the construction of ideological and political education subject; update ideas, establish ideological and political concepts.
