Since1999, with the continued expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, theemployment of so many graduates has become a comprehensive problem related to social andeconomic development, stabilization and the reform of higher education system. Meanwhile, it hasbecome a real problem for us to study and work hard to solve in no time during the process of socialand economic development. Employment is related to the vital interests of the people of thepeople's livelihood issues, and college students ' employment is an important part of society as awhole employment. If students are not able to successful employment, will not only affect theirmood, but also affect the stability of the State. As the same time, to a certain extent, employment ofcollege students can reflect the quality and standards of higher education in China. Therefore, it wasa very significant to research status quo of college students ' employment problem and analyze theircauses, and then propose its solutions.From the employment situation of graduates of the University, this article not only pointed outthat students ' employment problem is not the talent GLUT, but structural problems, but alsoanalyzed the factors affecting the employment of University students in detail. There are severalfactors, first, China's level of economic development is backward, and second, China's employmentmarket is not perfect, third, talent cultivation mode in colleges and universities and professionalsettings do not meet the needs of society; at last, students ' employability and employment conceptare difficult to adapt to the labor market. In a word, we can start from the following areas to solvethe employment problem of college students, government should strengthen macro-control andregulate the employment market, and improve employment policies, vigorously develop the socialproductive forces to provide more jobs; Talents training mode of College should be changed,reasonable professional should be set, the employment guidance for college students should bestrengthen. Employers should establish scientific talent; university graduates should improve thecomprehensive quality, and change the employment concepts and the psychology so that can beemployed earlier. Under such pressing current employment situation, research and discussion on theemployment problem of college graduates is of great significance.
