The employment of university graduates has always been an extremely concerned social problem,especially the difficult employment of graduates from local universities which has aroused great concern of the society.The national and local governments have formulated a series of positive employment policies about the employment of college graduates,and the relevant scholars have carried out a lot of researches.However,most of the researches pay much more attention to the reasons and solutions of college graduates' employment and indigenous and regional researches are relatively rare.In order to deeply understand the causes of local universities graduates' employment difficulty,and find the countermeasures of solving this problem.This text based on the survey on the seven local key universities in Shanxi Province and combined with the reality of the university graduates' employment,adopting the binary Logistic regression model analyses the possible factors that affect college students' employment,according to the results of the analysis and the interviews,analyzing the reason of local universities graduates 'employment difficulty.The graduates 'employment difficulty is the result of a combination of many social factors,involves many aspects of the society.In the case of college graduates,employment is mainly due to the lack of professional knowledge and skills,high expectation of employment and incorrect employment concept and so on.For colleges and universities,the employment difficulty of college graduates is related to the unrealistic professional setting of universities and the pro forma employment guidance.For employer who is the main approach of college graduate employment,there is a lack of social responsibility and employment discrimination is common phenomenon.The country has introduced a series of employment policies for college graduates,but it has not been well implemented.Based on the above reasons,combined with the actual conditions of China's economic and social development,put forward to countermeasures of local undergraduate college graduates' employment difficulty,including,college graduates establish a correct concept of employment according to the employment situation and improve employment ability;colleges and universities should set up majors according to the demand of the job market and adjust the subject structure and content according to the changing times;employers should initiative take social responsibility and cooperate closely with universities;the government should normalize the labor market and actively create a healthy graduate employment environment.
