The issues of emotional labor, emotional intelligence and job performance have attracted many people's attention and study. Some scholars have investigated the relationships between any two of the three, and some foreign studies had found that emotional intelligence and emotional labor had interactions on the results of the work. Since the job of preschool teacher is a highly emotional labor occupation, the study on preschool teachers may have its unique theoretical and practical significance. However, the relationships between emotional labor, emotional intelligence and job performance in the field of preschool teachers, had not been made an independent study. Using the scale of emotional labor, emotional intelligence scale, teachers'job performance scale research, the current research dedicated to explore the relationships between them with preschool teachers, in order for preschool teachers work to provide a theoretical basis.In this study, questionnaire survey is used. At first, the author surveyed teachers from a number of Changsha City's kindergartens by two Emotional labor questionnaires, one emotional intelligence questionnaire and one teachers'job performance scale for a number of pre-tests. After the reliability and validity of the questionnaires had been tested as qualified, the final formal investigation extracted subjects from the northern of Hunan, the southern of Hunan and the middle of Hunan. A total of578copies of valid questionnaires were obtained. Then analyzed the data from the samples by SPSS16.0, AMOS7.0.Research topics include:understanding the status and the characteristics of the preschool teachers'emotional labor, emotional intelligence job performance and their differences in demographic variables; clear and definite the relationships between emotional labor, emotional intelligence and the job performance of the preschool teachers.The research findings contain the follow conclusion:1. The emotional labor of the preschool teachers had significant differences in the region, age, kindergarten class, marital status, highest level of education, professional title, the level of kindergarten, duty, wage; the emotional intelligence of the preschool teachers had significant differences in the region, the kindergarten class, marital status, highest educational degree, the level of kindergarten, duty, wage; the job performance of the preschool teachers had significant differences in the region, age, marital status, highest educational degree, job title, duty, wage.2. The relationship between the preschool teachers'emotional labor and job performance was significant; the pres-primary teachers'emotional labor was significantly correlated with the emotional intelligence; the pres-primary teachers'emotional intelligence was significantly correlated with job performance.3.
