The teaching fairness which is a Micro-level aspect of education fairness is a result of introduction of the fairness theory into the teaching field, and an important topic discussed in curriculum and instruction in recent years. However, the theory of teaching fairness is not perfect, even less real investigation. First of all, the paper reviews and summarizes the results of teaching fairness. Secondly, the paper uses the fairness theory and teaching fairness theory to investigate the teacher unfair teaching behavior and explores the causes of unfair teaching behavior. Finally, the paper proposes practical countermeasure. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part puts forward the theoretic basis and assumptions. Namely, according to justice theory, teaching justice theory, multiple intelligence theory and teaching behavior structure theory, the dimensions are constructed for the unfair behavior of classroom teaching. In the second part, I make an investigation about unfair classroom teaching behavior. In the third part, I will explain the reasons of the unfair classroom teaching behavior. And in the final part, it also displays the author's thinking and makes some suggestion against the unfair classroom teaching behavior.
