Under the background of the new standard, the micro-standard teaching as a systematic and scientific information technology teachers' professional teaching skill training methods adopted by mostly normal colleges. Based on the investigation of information technology's micro-standard teaching. It found that the practical teaching effect is not optimistic: lesson little, skills training mission much less, learning resources less. For it can not change the course arrangement, the best method is to enrich the study resources of information technology micro-standard teaching course.Based on the analysis and research of the use of the current situation of current existing micro-standard teaching resources, the instruction with system design teaching thoughts, video case as learning resource, according to the discipline characteristic of the information technology course and under the new standard of information technology teaching standards, put forward the design scheme of video case type's learning resources to support the micro-standard teaching course of information technology, and developed the video case type learning resource, aims at solving the drawbacks of existing video case type learning resources, and to be trialed by information technology trainee teachers and in-service teacher of information technology, It has the tangible auxiliary function for their teaching skill training. This learning resource is divided into two big modules: teaching skill classifier learning and classical classroom case. And big modules again under the son module support, such as teaching skill classifier learning a skill introduction, class under the communion, application principles, case teaching schemes of support and classic module have class classroom case modules case observing and expert comments son module support. This paper will be divided into five sections introduce this video case type of learning resources research and design, each chapter content as follows:The first chapter is to expound this topic research background, and significance of the research, interpretation, and related define the concept from domestic and international information technology micro-teaching course learning resources study status of comprehensive analysis and summary, about the topic research target, contents and methods.The second chapter is to introduce the design of theoretical basis, including cognitive learning theory of contemporary education theory propagation theory, the system science theory and the design principles of the video case type learning resources, and briefly elaborated related theory in the study resources design process application situation,The third chapter is mainly introduces the design scheme of the subject, including prophase survey design teaching and learning resources for the general framework and function module design, etc.The forth chapter is to introduce the implementation of the video case study resources, including video case of editing process the functional modules realize module resources of debugging and conference and learning resources for the trial evaluation.The fifth chapter is to summarized the researching achievements, analysed the problems existing in the research, and points out the direction of further research work.
