Information technology is a subject with strong practicality. In the course of information technology, the proportion of skill class is larger.Information technology skill course’teaching content is based on the basic operation of computer operation skill and application software.Skills classes play an important role in developing students’practical ability and information literacy account for larger proportion in the information technology course, but it is not very optimistic about the current situation of information technology skills course.Taking the senior high school as an example,there are many problems:the teaching method is single, the teaching effect is not good,students tend to forget what the teacher said during the exercise, students’ problems can not be resolved in time.With the development of educational information, how to use modern educational technology to improve the learning effect of learners and the teaching effect of the teaching is receiving more and more attention.Micro video resources with the "dapper" features, highly targeted, is easy for the students autonomous learning and watch for many times. It can solve the problems of teachers’busy during the teaching process because of the many students and the limited classroom time and the poor teaching effect.Therefore, the author attempts to use the micro video resources to solve the problems in the current information technology skills class.First,the author investigates and analyzes the problems which exist in the teaching of information technology skills courses of grade one students in the internship school—The No.l Middle school of Economic and Technological Development Zone, Qingdao City, Shandong Province.In theory, it is proved that the application of micro video resources in the information technology teaching in senior high school is feasible.Second,according to the ideas and thoughts of micro video resources design and execution,the author develops the micro video resources in the course of "image editing and processing"and carries out the application practice of the first round of the micro video resources.Then summarizes and reflects on the situation of the first round of practice, improving the teaching plan.Then the author launches a new round of practical exploration in order to solve the problems and improves the teaching effect of information technology skills classes.At last, the author summarizes some experiences in the design, development and application of micro video resources based on two rounds of action research in order to provide some reference for the design and development of video resources.Then the author explains the existence imperfections and the further research direction.
