"Generation" gradually get into the vision of the researchers of the philosopher, it's the main direction in modern philosophy research. Generative thinking as a philosophy thinking not only affected philosophy research fields, but also the education theory research and practice research has made a great effect. In the generative thinking horizon, the education researcher have more deeper and more comprehensive knowing and understanding to the "person" and the "education". For the people, have been knowing from the abstract man into the generative, people as a constantly generate individual, their's life is in a constant becoming's process too. As a life individual, human is in a constantly beyond, constantly sublimation, constantly become new and a perennial process, all of the life is also in the infinite generating process.As the generative characteristics of the life made the education have the reason and possibilityof the existence and the development, when the person's life is in the process of the constantly becoming, education have the useful location, education just have being necessary. Generation is the ultimate direction to education, education as a social activity, should pay attention to the life, paying attention to the improvement of the quality of life of the people, they should face the generative, guide pedagogue to find the meaning of life, to create the value of life, so as to realize the brilliance of life. But, in reality of education, this kind of generative thinking mode was neglected,"presupposition" education restricts the generation of the human, the education of the internal generation also lost in the meaning of " presupposition" the education thought.Based on this, I finally chose the subjecteducation of generative research to analyze. This paper includes four parts:Part one:the introduction. It firstly introduces the cause of puts forward the subject, to arrange the literature material which have related to the study of the education generative pastly, this paper expounds the topic study of theoretical and practical significance, introduces the research topic train of thought and method, that is, literature and comparative research.Part two:Reading "education of generative". Firstly this part expounds the connotation of "generative", in the philosophical level, generating emphasize unfinished on the logical sense, all existence being are the process of the eternal change. In Chinese ancient philosophy, the generation emphasis the development process form "no" to "have". In psychology level,"generative" is relative to "acceptance". In the teaching level,"generative" is different from the "default ". Based on this, the author expounds the content of the education generative. In the education process, educators should focus on pedagogue its characteristics and the learning situation, flexible control teaching style, making education activities in smooth development and at the same time can continuous innovation, can produce up education process beyond education goals.Part three:the characteristic of the "education generative". In this part,the paper analysis the various characteristics of the generative of the education was showed in the contemporary education:namely "pay attention to life" as the education idea, emphasize education should focus on the life of the people; With "dynamic generation" for the education strategy, make the education won't get lost in the past "presupposition" education ideas, stimulate the pedagogue's innovation spirit; In order to train "perfect individual" for the education purpose, make the education of the "generation" concept can reflect in real life.Part four:the actual value of the "education generative", on the basis of analysis In the part three, this thesis emphatically proposes " generative of the education " to promote the development of contemporary education, it can deepen the education reform based the realistic need; Can promote education from essence to the generative thinking transformation; Can accelerate the regularity between unti-regular and unti-purpose of the education.In all,"generative" is the basic characteristic of the education process, and only in the education process focus on the permeability generative thinking way, can better implementation of the educated individual character development and innovation ability. In addition, education will also be in the generative thinking beings and appear more vibrant and full of human nature.
