How to make the students from "learn" to "learn",make the classroom change by the teacher main body is student-centered,teacher led is a big problem of psychological education circle.With the proposed new curriculum reform based on process,pay attention to the development of "concept,many schools and teachers are actively to put this concept into the classroom teaching.But because of the complexity and variability of the classroom teaching situation,many teachers difficult to arrange teaching contents reasonably,not more favorable to promote the development of students.Mathematics as a basic course in middle schools,students in the learning process in a very important position.Therefore,"learn" of mathematics directly affect their ability to effectively learn other subjects.If there is no good mathematics classroom teaching,even the concept of simple math,math will still be calculated and understand the wrong phenomenon.In the teaching quality of the increasingly high demand today,the traditional teacher speak content,mathematics classroom teaching practice more students can't adapt to the new curriculum standard for the goals and requirements of mathematics learning.Therefore,mathematics classroom teaching should make a big change.Goal setting theory by Locke based on the previous studies mentioned.The theory of the main point,with a clear goal and difficulty.A clear goal can make people behave toward the goal closer than fuzzy goal,and in the process of target direction,adjust their behavior,finally to achieve the goal.Through in-depth middle school mathematics classroom,and analyzes the traditional mathematics classroom teaching mode,put forward the goal setting theory reasonably and mathematical combination of classroom teaching,students have to solve the problems encountered in mathematics learning.Inmathematics classroom teaching,some teachers in the classroom just before the start of the simple a statement of objectives,which will enable students to understand the content of teaching objectives is not clear,cause blindness.Learning about goal setting theory,both at home and abroad have achieved very much Great achievement,but the goal setting theory in mathematics classroom teaching is scanty.Therefore,in this study aims to set the goal of scientific teaching theories into practice,improve students' learning behavior and learning achievement.The research idea is first to the goal setting theory and research at home and abroad are discussed,and the related research on learning behavior are analyzed and summarized,and put forward the basic steps of mathematics classroom goal setting characteristics,principles,namely: 1,in at the beginning of the class,will inform students of the first class the goal of teaching,and the target level,stage specific and clearly presented to students;2 will be a lesson reasonably divided into 3 small links,each link of the time for 10 minutes,let the students learn to remember,each summary of the content,and every 2-3 minutes left to the students to sum up;3 the teacher timely feedback and evaluation.This research is divided into two parts:Study 1: through the revision of Jiang Mingqing's "middle school students' learning behavior comprehensive assessment",a questionnaire was completed by 805 senior high school students of Hohhot City,in order to verify this measure can be applied to the mathematical learning of middle school students.The results show that the scale of all meet the requirements,can be used to measure students' learning behavior.Study 2 : the experimental education method,selecting high one or two classes as the research object,one experimental class and a control class.In the first experiment by measuring the experimental class and the control class in mathematics learning there is no significant difference between behavior and performance.Then,set up the experimental teaching goal of mathematics classroom the experimental class and the control class is still in the traditionalway of teaching,the experiment for a period of one semester.After the intervention,the experimental class and the control class students' mathematics learning behavior were measured,and record the final math grades.The results show that the experimental class adopted mathematics classroom teaching pattern of goal setting,and their learning behavior such as learning strategies,learning environment,learning confidence,teaching and other dimensions compared to the control class was improved obviously,and the mathematics achievement than the control class also is improved obviously.In addition,in the explicit behavior such as taking notes,group discussion,active answer are improved.Moreover,the student category(academic excellence,learning and teaching(difference)type of experimental class and control class)the significant main effect.Finally,this paper discusses the innovation shortcomings in this study and prospects the future research directions.
