Nowadays college teachers have a very important impact on the development oftheir state of mind, spiritual realm, professional quality, and values. With the rapiddevelopment of globalization and the deepening of reform, many values brings in theimpact to peoples values. Therefore, in the new era guide to the contemporary younguniversity teachers to establish the correct values, has become a particularly importantissue.In this paper, I use the theory of Marxism as a guide to integrate theory with practicalprinciples, which based on our society's fact. starting from the values of the current youthsituation and the analysis of the problems,then research the reasons and multifaceted acorrect understanding, and puts forward the countermeasures of the contemporary younguniversity teachers of values education. The paper analyzes the meaning of thevalues and its core, and on this basis, the new requirements of the new era from theperspective of political values, moral values, life values, job occupation values andknowledge values, and described the importance of strengthening values education ofuniversity teachers.The third part, analyzed the reasons and reasons of young university teachers values. Carefully sort out the problem and the reasons for the current values of the performanceof young university teachers, therefore, let us strength the values of young universityteachers in the new era. The paper show the Idea that the concept of lifelongeducation to further enhance young college teachers' concept of values education;socialist core value for the people,combining theory with practice, education andguidance and self-fashioning the combination of values education combined with a richeducational content with solving practical problems; system, harmony values educationto improve the education content; to optimize the policy environment of schools, teacherswork environment, the academic environment, and teachers living environment toimprove the values of the educational environment.
