The research defined the connotation and extension of the concept of Teachers'Charm by literature analysis, combined with depth interviews and open-ended questionnaire, constructed a preliminary theoretical model of the attractive features of the high school teachers through the use of CQR qualitative research methods. And on this basis, the research explored the influence mechanism of the Teachers'Charm on students' attitude by using implicit attitude test, and prepared a preliminary scale for measuring the attractive features of the high school teachers at the same time. After the preliminary measurement and the amendment of the theoretical model, the research developed the formal scale for measuring the attractive features of the high school teachers. By using this scale, we measured a large sample of the high school students in Hunan Province, discussed the characteristics of the charm of high school teachers. The results show that:1. Regardless of the explicit attitude, students'attitude to the attractive teacher is more positive on the implicit level.2. Self-made<the characteristics of charm scale of high school teachers> has good reliability and validity. The revised high school teachers'charm include8dimensions, that is the charm of adjusting classroom atmosphere, professional image, the teaching style, emotion, communication skills, the teaching ability, personality, professional accomplishment and professional ethics respectively.3. There are no significant gender differences in the high school students'attention to the characteristics of teachers'charm in general. However, male students pay more attention to the teacher professional image, and female students concern more about teaching ability.4. There are no significant differences between the city and countryside in the high school students'attention to the characteristics of teachers'charm in general. However, urban students pay more attention to the teaching style, and rural students pay more attention to the teacher professional image.5. There are no significant differences between the liberal arts and science students either in total scale or in each subscale.6. Overall, in terms of the degree of attention to the teachers'charm, high school sophomore was significantly lower than the first grade and the third grade. Each subscale is the same as the total scale, except the professional accomplishment and professional ethics subscale. Besides, there are mostly no significant differences between the first grade and the third grade students, the third grade students scored significantly higher than the first-year students only in the charm of teaching style and communication skills dimensions.
