This study aims to design a preliminary preparation of Junior high school psychology teachers charm rating scale, and construct of junior middle school teachers’ mental health glamour model. The researchers on the basis of literature analysis combined with unstructured interviews and open questionnaires. To establish the theoretical structure model of junior high school mental health counseling teacher charm, and make Junior high school psychology teachers charm predicting scale. Using expert evaluation method to revised the scale, according to the measured of junior high school students, we test the scale reliability and validity and finally formed the formal charm Junior high school psychology teachers charm scale.The results of this study show that:Junior high school psychology teachers charm model is a multi-dimensional structure. According to exploratory factor analysis,Junior high school psychology teachers charm scale consists of the following 11 latitude: personality charm, affinity charm, empathy charm, professional skills charm, communication charm, knowledge charm, helpfulness charm, language charm, deeply loves the life charm, image and behavior charm.Junior high school psychology teachers charm model includes 57 items, 11 dimensions. Scale has high reliability and validity. By exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity of the test, the results showed that the internal consistency reliability, split-half reliability, content validity, construct validity indicators have reached the metrology standards. The scale can be described as a mental health evaluation of Junior high school psychology teachers charm suitable tool.Junior high school students general attitude of the junior high school mental health counseling teacher is as follows :the highest score is the charm of the character, and the remaining 10 dimensions followed by scores from highest to lowest is: personality charm, affinity charm, empathy charm, professional skills charm, communication charm, knowledge charm, helpfulness charm, language charm, deeply loves the life charm, image and behavior charm.In the middle of mental health teachers’ charm in middle school, there is a significant gender difference with the affinity charm: more girls than boys believe that mental health teachers should have an affinity charm. All other dimensions do not exist significant gender differences. The dimensions and the overall charm of the age differences are not significant.
