Language is an important tool for human communication. Speech act, as a specific form of human social behavior, largely subjects to a certain social morality and norms. In modern society, all walks of life have their own moral norms, of course including the moral of speech. Especially, speech ethic is particularly important for teacher, for they shoulder the mission of "teaching and educating" and their verbal behavior weighty links to the development of childrenPrevious researches in speech of preschool teachers mainly focus on two aspects as:(1) Exploring the importance and skills of the teachers' speech from the perspective of application of language; and hoping to improve the effectiveness of teaching by improving the quality of teachers' speech.(2) Studying speech anomie of preschool teachers from an ethical perspective, focusing on speech violence which causes significant harm on children. In this study, we think that any speech behavior, which has a negative effect on the development of children, would violate the principle called" Good Education", and should be concerned as a moral issue. This is the basic norm for preschool teachers about speech behavior, also the inevitable demand for healthy development of children.Currently, some teachers deviate from the norms of speech behavior, which attributes to the scarcity of the basic consciousness of speech moral, professional ethical role and the correct conception of education, and the scarcity of guide and constraint from external speech environment. Taking speech anomie of current preschool teachers as the research object, this study focuses on the moral anomie of the verbal behavior of preschool teachers. The problems that Preschool teacher's speech acts has show includes three aspects. Firstly, preschool teacher's speech acts show serious control tendency. Secondly, teachers bring language violence to bear on children. Thirdly, Preschool teacher's speech act makes some negative example to children. This study analyzes reasons on these questions from two aspects:teachers' quality and speech environment. Teachers' quality shortage is the root cause which cause teachers language ethics anomie. In addition, speech environment that is short of restriction connive bad teacher's speech acts to a certain extent. So improving the quality of teachers is the key for strengthening preschool teacher's speech ethics construction. At the same time, building a good speech environment for preschool teacher's speech ethics practice is also very important.
