Multi-age education in this study refers to a preschool education model in which children of different ages and levels of development are arranged to study and live together in the same environment.When teachers face three ages,children at the same time,teachers to young children's verbal behavior should not only meet the requirements of the development of children of the class,and for different age groups and the development of the individual child,the speech act is more complex,the Multi-age class teachers' education level and education wit put forward higher request,based on this study focused on the Multi-age education practice,teachers to young children's verbal behavior study.In this study,103 children and 5 teachers in three classes in Q Garden were taken as the research objects.After four months of comprehensive use of observation,interview,case analysis and other methods,the current situation of speech acts directed at children by teachers in Q Garden was understood.Nvivo 12 was used to conduct coded analysis of the cases,and SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.And combining the qualitative analysis was carried out on the case,and the research separately from the whole teachers' verbal behavior,different originators of the teachers' speech act,pointing to different age and the preschool teachers' speech act,different activities of the class teacher speech act four aspects to carry on the quantitative analysis,and combined with case analysis,the following research conclusions:In terms of the types of speech acts,lecturing speech is the most,emotional speech is the second,and instructive speech is the least.From the perspective of initiators of speech acts,teachers are the dominant initiators.From the point of view of the object of speech acts,the teacher's speech acts mainly point to the children of the whole class and show certain age characteristics for children of different ages.From the perspective of the activities of speech acts,teachers' speech acts have different activity characteristics and age characteristics in the same activity.Finally,it concludes that the overall characteristics of speech acts include five aspects: initiation,emotion,content,age and motivation.According to the research content,the researcher from the children,teachers themselves,other teachers in the kindergarten,kindergarten and parents of the influential factors analysis,and finally put forward practical suggestions for teachers and kindergarten.Teacher: Pay attention to the specific use of guided speech for children of different development levels;The language of maintaining rules should incline to positive and concrete positive guidance language;In the class does not take the age group as the only standard of activity content division;The teacher's speech should be specific to the requirements of children of different ages.Garden: lighten the burden of teachers and create free space for positive interaction;To carry out effective education training and discussion of Multi-age teaching activities;Reasonable adjustment and fixed activity schedule.Finally,the research is reviewed and prospected.
