Effect Of The Broadcast Gymnastics On Blood Lipid Metabolism And The Function Of Immunity

Objective:This paper is to reform many sets broadcast gymnastics,draws up their original essence,absorb advantages of modern various athletics forms,observe the effect of the broadcast gymnastics on blood lipid metabolism and the immunity,and establish the base of elevating the health level of whole nation further.Method:Trial objects are male,who have no hereditary disease history and training history,aged 59.9±3.61yr,mean height 1.65±0.057(m), mean weight 70.07±6.86(kg).They exercise the broadcast gymnastics 2 times/day,30min/every time.The intensity is controlled by the HR.After the exercise the HR is demanded about 125 beat/min instantly.Before, after 15 days,30 days,45 days at rest and empty stomach,the samples of vein blood of all subjects were analyze about the influence of broadcast gymnastics on body health.These indexes are TG,TC,HDL- C,LDL- C,leptin, CD4~+ and CD8~+.Result:1,TC is evidently lower than control group after 30 days((p＜0.05) and after 45 days of the broadcast gymnastics significantly(p＜0.01).The blood plasma TG level is also lower(p＜0.05);But the level of HDL- C goes up obviously(p＜0.01).In addition,the LDL-C doesn't show the difference between groups,but the HDL- C / LDL- C goes up obviously (p＜0.05).These data shows that the mini-midst broadcast gymnastics can regulate lipid metabolic disorder,increase the ability of antiscleratheroma effectually.2,After 45 days of the broadcast gymnastics,leptin has no obvious difference between groups.3,After 45 days of the broadcast gymnastics,CD4~+ goes up and CD8~+ descends. Both don't show the obvious difference.But the ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+ rises obviously(p＜0.01).The result illustrates broadcast gymnastics can enhance the immunity function of the lymphoid cell and reinforce immunity of old men.
