Objective:Study on the changes of body weight, food restricted rats after obesity in body fat and serum leptin. After food restriction pursued further reveal the pathogenesis of obesity.To explore the food restricted rats diet combined with open whether aerobic exercise can effectively slow down the food restricted rats after the formation of open diet obesity.After weight reduction in caloric restriction weight problems provide scientific experimental basis for further study of obese people.Methods:The purchase of 80 10 week old male SD rats were randomly divided into 4groups.One group of rats were randomly selected in the same period of feeding amount of normal rats fed, free water,as the normal control GroupA(n=12).The remaining 68 rats divided into cages.The water free to half the amount of feeding, feeding amount of normal rats.In this condition, after 8 weeks of feeding the 68 rats(311.69±28.57g)were randomly divided into 3 groups.There was no significant difference in body weight among the two groups of rats, a large number of.After the obesity GroupB(n=28)、Open diet combined with exercise GroupC(n=28)and Food restriction GroupD(n=12)。GroupB open the diet and free water。In Group C and Group B with the same feeding conditions and join the treadmill training after 2weeks(Exercise intensity:10min×14m/min/d×5d/1w increased to 30min×22m/min/d×6d/1w) for 6 weeks.Body weight of rats were weighed every week during the experiment. Dissect rats of B Group and C Group in the last day of the second,fourth, sixth, eighth weeks. Dissect rats of A Group and C Group in the first day and last day.6 rats were selected from each group rats were intraperitoneal anesthesia. Abdominal aorta blood sampling and detect the content of HDL, LDL, TC, TG and Leptin. Remove the fats on kidney and epididymis of one side with weighing and recording. Remove the the triceps muscle of calf and the four head muscle of thigh of one side with weighing and recording.Result:1. The body weight of Adult male SD rats after 8 weeks of feeding after food restriction was significantly lower than the same age normal diet rats(P<0.05),The weight of perirenal and epididymal fat is almost zero。2. 8 weeks after opening the diet. The body weight of rats with food restrictionSignificantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05). There is no Significant difference between the exercise group and the obese group. Exercise rats weight was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05)and no significant difference with the normal control group。3. After 8 weeks of experiment, the diet and exercise group were significantly higher than that of open and restricted diet control group the absolute value pursue of obese rats epididymal and perirenal fat pad weight and relative values(P < 0.05). The absolute value of epididymal fat pad weight after the obese group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05), the relative value with the quiet control group no significant difference, after the absolute value of perirenal fat pad weight in obese group and relative value with the quiet control group showed no significant difference. The control group was significantly higher than the quiet absolute open diet exercise group epididymal and perirenal fat pad weight and relative values(P < 0.05), was significantly higher than that of the diet control group(P < 0.05). Open the diet and exercise group the weight of triceps muscle of calf absolute value is significantly higher than the other three groups(P < 0.05),which was significantly higher than that of the relative value of diet control group(P < 0.05)and with the quiet control group and obesity group had no significant difference after. The absolute value of the diet and exercise group rats open femoral head four muscle weight was significantly higher than that of food restriction group and the control group(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the obese group and the chase, the relative value of the obese group was significantly higher than that of catching up(P < 0.05), and the other two groups had no significant difference. Were significantly higher than those of control group after food restriction of absolute value of obese rats triceps and relative values(P < 0.05) and no significant difference with control group. The absolute value of obesity rats after femoral head four muscle weight was significantly higher than that in the diet control group(P < 0.05), the control group was significantly lower than that of caloric restriction(P < 0.05), the relative and absolute values with the quiet control group showed no significant difference.4. 8 weeks later, after the obese rats serum low density lipoprotein(LDL) levels were significantly higher than the other three groups(P < 0.05), exercise group was significantly higher than that of food restriction group and normal control group(P < 0.05). The exercise group rats serum high density lipoprotein(HDL) levels were significantly higher than theother three groups(P < 0.05), obesity group was significantly lower than that after food restriction group and normal control group(P < 0.05). After the serum total cholesterol(TC)in rats was significantly higher than the other three groups(P < 0.05), the serum level of TC was significantly lower than that of rats in exercise group after group of rats(P < 0.05) and the control group had no significant difference. After the rats serum triglyceride(TG) level was significantly higher than that of food restriction and exercise group(P < 0.05), and no significant difference with the normal control group.5. 8 weeks later, after the serum leptin obese group and exercise group rats(Leptin, LP)were significantly higher than those in restricted diet control group and normal control group(P < 0.05), obesity group were significantly higher than those after exercise group(P< 0.05), after the serum level of LP group and exercise group of obese rats were higher than the level before the experiment.Conclusion:The rats were forced to go on a diet to lose weight the effect of diet will lead to weight loss, open chased after food restriction in obesity, body fat tissue of catch-up growth. Open the diet exercise group rat muscle catch-up growth. After food restriction rats open diet induced rats with high blood lipids and other symptoms at the same time, the level of high density lipoprotein decreased significantly, aerobic training can effectively improve the situation in the open process of eating. After long time of rats after food restriction, open open diet combined with diet and aerobic exercise can increase the serum leptin level.
