Embedded Linux IC card identification system is a portable embedded system,it uses the QT2440 development board as the hardware core toControl the non-contact IC card reader read the identity information in IC card, then status information is displayed on the terminal interface,QT2440 development board also connects GPRS communication module through GPRS network to remotely login the network server, via GPRS wireless network for information exchange with the server, to download IC card identifying information which is corresponding to the serial number of the readed IC card and display the information on the terminal display. In this paper, it explains the process of embedded Linux system IC card identification's design and implementation, implements the operation of Embedded Linux operating system to the non-contact IC card reader and information display, and transfers data between embedded systems and FTP server accesses GPRS network, studys Qt programming methods and FTP-based GPRS network transport protocol, summaries the way that embedded systems transfer data through the GPRS network in embedded Linux system. With this system, the staff just holding a mobile terminal, he can credit card to obtain identity information in the card, transferred out of the remote network server identity information through GPRS network.Local information and server information are displayed on the terminal screen, and user interface as compared to the local information and server information to determine whether the identity of the cardholder is true.Network server image information correspond with the IC card, greatly improving the work efficiency and eliminating the possibility of fraudulent use of IC cards.
