Smart Residential Area Property Management System Design And Implementation

With the development of the social and the information technology, the people attention to the housing conditions more and more. Today people pay more attention to communication with the outside, information services, security and property management, etc., and not just to the living area, surrounding environment, transport.The Intelligent Community is born just for this .The Intelligent Community Management System integrate the various management and services together to provide us a good living environment via the technologies of computer, communications and automatic control. In the first part,this paper analysis the structure and the components of the Intelligent Community Management System with UML. And according to user's requirements and relevant standards this paper describes the function of the various sub-systems , such as security sub-system, information management sub-system, information networks sub-system,etc. Then, based on Java programming languages and MVC design mode technology, we program a specific function model and the completed system.The system can run as we wished.
