| Distributed control system has now been widely used in industrial process control, various technologies have been very mature. Meanwhile, currently the more large-scale,complex of the practical application have a higher performance requirements for distributed control system. Based on the practical application of the objective requirements of distributed control systems, and to improve market competitiveness of SupMAX800D, it is necessary, and must be upgraded control system based on the original 800 control system.In this paper, using DPU improved of the SupMAX800 DCS as a subject, raised requirements from the practical application. Research DCS control system signal acquisition and processing mechanisms, applications of ARM+FPGA model in the present Industrial Control signal acquisition and processing, research realizing dual-port RAM in FPGA and co-processing of multi-CPU; Research the application of PCI 9054 bridge chip in PCI bus. Based on in-depth understanding of the composition principle of distributed control system, succeed to complete the distributed control system of SupMAX800D DPU card specific hardware and software to design, and to achieve compatible SupMAX800C system 625Kbps communications, compatible SupMAX800D 2.5Mbps communication system.Deeply studied the key technologies involved in the project, describes advantages of the ARM+FPGA patterns in complex signal processing system design, presents the overall program of the control system of the SupMAX800 DPU card, details the DPU card hardware circuit design, FPGA implementation of the internal dual port RAM and interface control logic of PCI 9054. Ultimately via FAO card with Demo DPU in the system do joint debugging test to verify the design meets the system requirements of the prototype performance. |
