| The paper relies on a cigarette factory's MES project for informationization construction, focusing on the design and research about the factory's supervisory control and data acquisition system. The system is not only the pivot between production equipments and MES in the cigarette-packing workshop, but also an important support for MES.Firstly, the paper gives the overall program design, involving hardware architecture design, software architecture design, and system safety design. In system safety design, it concentrates on research about the firewall, access authority and so on. Secondly, it gives a solution for the system's data acquisition station, and presents the design of network communication using optical ring network. Then, the detailed software design was proposed, including data acquisition, centralized monitoring, subsystem monitoring, and remote monitoring by Web. At the same time, database system is studied for database accessing and exporting. After information collection, manufacturing data are analyzed for optimization on enterprise operation and decision making. Finally, the problems of systems engineering is discussed, mainly related to WinCC diagnosis and network video monitoring.The supervisory control and data acquisition system researched by this paper has realized seamless link for MES layer and the bottom equipment layer. It provides a useful and practical reference for modernization of enterprise management. |
