However, the video compressed format based onMPEG-2 which provided by PELCO video codec supplies high quality video monitoringimage.Third, the system achieves the server management functions. It is very complex to designthe various parameters of the system. By the appropriate set of parameters, the entire systemcan be normally operated and the remote video switch control can be performed correctly.The design and implementation of this system afford high quality image. At the sametime, all terminal computer can switch the monitor video signals in high quality. The system isgood for the digital video surveillance and the video matrix encapsulation.
