Research On Construction Of Enterprise Environmental Performance Evaluation System

With the rapid development of industry in the world, material wealth reached an unprecedented ample condition. However, in the meantime, the nature has been polluted unprecedentedly serious. After the pollution of nature had begun to damage people's normal and healthy life, people started to find that the material wealth which was exchanged by sacrificing the nature couldn't last for ever and that the final result of this mode of economic development necessarily led to ruin of the earth. Meanwhile, the economic mode of sustainable development was found by people and it began to develop thrivingly.Enterprises are the main force which creates economy, but they are also the main parts which pollute the environment. Enterprises sheerly chase the maximization of the stockholders'benefit, which develops the economy in a short time yet destroys the environment substantially. Therefore, enterprises must bear the liability of protecting the environment and make it possible to utilize the resource effectively to reduce the bad effects on environment. In order to make the enterprises protect the environment actively, there was a practical and effective method which is making the enterprises put environmental performance appraisal into practice and makes use of the appraisal system to facilitate the environmental protection consciousness of the enterprises.Foreign countries have done research on environmental performance appraisal system of the enterprises for a certain time. In China, the research is still in the primary stage. This article sums up the definition of enterprises'environmental performance and puts forward the theoretical foundation of environmental performance appraisal system and demonstrates the principles of establishing the guideline system based on the research of our predecessors. Meanwhile, this article makes a comparison with the advantages and the disadvantages of the appraisal system nowadays and optimizes it and sets up a new environmental performance appraisal system of enterprises. Furthermore, this article discusses the macroscopic elements of influencing the weight of enterprises'environmental performance guideline and makes clear about the comprehensive appraisal method of enterprises' environmental performance.
