The Optimization Of Environmental Performance Evaluation System For A Coal And Electricity Enterprises

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of ecological civilization has been included the overall layout of the five in one with Chinese characteristics."Overall improvement in the quality of the ecological environment" has become one of the main objectives and tasks of the 13 th Five-Year Economic and Social Development,and protecting the ecological environment,strengthening the development of ecological "long board" is constantly becoming the important initiatives to improve the core competitiveness of regional development and the overall strength."Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China" was implemented on January 1,2015 in order to improve the basic system of environmental protection such as red line of ecological protection and through legal means to urge enterprises to prevent pollution prevention and control work.Only to increase the punishment of environmental violations,the occurrence of environmental accidents can be effectively prevented and reduced.As a source of environmental pollution,A coal-fired power enterprises must increase the intensity of environmental management in production process to take responsibility for society.Environmental performance evaluation is an important part of environmental management,and is a positive performance of taking social responsibility.The study of environmental performance evaluation of A coal enterprises not only strengthen internal environmental management,discover potential environmental risks and improve environmental performance,but also help stakeholders to understand the enterprise environment and make reasonable decisions.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a sound environmental performance evaluation system to supervise the environmental management of enterprises and promote green production enterprises in order to seek sustainable development.Based on the above,this paper is studied about A coal power enterprises environmental performance evaluation system.First of all,based on the analysis and summary of relevant research on environmental performance evaluation both at home and abroad,this paper expounds the related theories and evaluation methods of environmental performance evaluation.Then,it analyzes the present situation of environmental performance evaluation system of A coal power enterprises,and analyzes the existing problems and causes.The next part is the main part of this paper,in accordance with the relevant theoretical basis and the existing laws and regulations of domestic and foreign,in the part the BSC is introduced to select index on environmental performance evaluation,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and AHP method are used to build A coal enterprises environment model.Finally,the data of company from 2013 to 2015 is used for empirical analysis;Finally,combining with the status and the final evaluation results of A corporate environmental performance evaluation,some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from both internal and external aspects of the company.The main achievements of this paper are as follows: firstly,taking A coal power enterprise as the case study object,the BSC is took into the application model of enterprise environmental performance evaluation system in the paper;secondly,a multi-level and multi-objective evaluation index system is designed to solve the problems in the environmental performance evaluation of A coal-electricity enterprises.The environmental performance evaluation index system and evaluation method are applied in the preliminary study;thirdly,some pertinent opinions and suggestions are put forward by analyzing the environmental performance evaluation results of A coal and electricity enterprises in the paper.
