| According to the goal of establishing a modern enterprise system and the principle of "efficiency first" in social distribution, it is reasonable for the corporate to pursue profit and give their employees higher wages and benefits based on its high level of interest. However, the profits and wage levels of monopoly industries are too high, which are increasingly discontented by the public and criticized by the community. High income in monopoly industries hinders the further development of China's economic reform, as well as affects the fair distribution of income, which will conducive to the development in both society and economy. Whether the way to deal with the problem of income distribution is adequate or not will relate to the outcome of our reform, the full realization of well-off society and the construction of harmonious society.Based on oil companies, this paper makes a study of compensation management in monopoly industries from the perspective of social equity, Firstly, the paper analyzes the social justice theory in the use of reward management. By respectively comparing the reward in different industries, monopolistic industries and other industries and both internal and external income within monopolistic industries, it discusses the causes and adverse social consequences made by the compensation management in monopoly industries, which is also based on one case of oil company. And then it proposes some ways to improve the problem from the perspective of social equity. |
