Recently, labor costs are on the increase as long as human expenses rise in the same trend. However, even though employers get paid more, their satisfaction doesn't improve simultaneously. As a result, salary incentive doesn't work good enough to reach people's expectations. Now,the payment incentive becomes a hot topic. The organizational justice on compensation incentive is now an important subject in the academic reaching field.By studying relevant literature domestic and abroad, this research uses distributive justice, procedural fairness, interactional justice as three dimensions to measure organizational justice. This subject uses its own object as samples, verifies the three-dimension theory mainly by questionnaire,SPSS software in addition,in the hope of being able to analyze how three dimensions work and have an impact on salary incentive. This research firstly studies the object deeply, analyzes the current situation of salary management. Then the research uses questionnaires.Make sure that sample must be typical. After the questionnaire was recovered, reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested with SPSS software, and the results were analyzed by correlation and regression analysis. We come to the following conclusions: 1.Distributive justice, procedural justice and compensation incentive are significant positive related.2.The correlation between interactional justice and compensation incentive is not significant. The main reason is that the interaction between the top and lower level is not very often. This leads to the result that employees can not feel the dimension of interactional justice.3.Divided by gender, position, education level and length of work years, different groups of people differ in the correlation between organizational justice and compensation incentive.Eventually, according to these research results,we can conclude suggestion to advance the salary system.Of course this research and all suggestions above will have disadvantages,we are looking forward to more advices and hope more experts can give us more communication to make this subject boost.
