Research On Social Justice Perception Of Rural Tourism Destination Villager From The Perspective Of Justice

The village arises from the evolution of the human settlement and the vector of local culture and historical inheritance.Rural tourism is seen as the extension from modern tourism to traditional agriculture,and the development of rural tourism is regarded asa convenient way to promote the economic growth of rural areas and realize new urbanization.But is the country able tostimulate the internal motivation of the village through the external factor(tourism)? Based on the tourism market economy,the gap between the rich and the poor in rural areas is widening.How can we realize the benefits and fairness through rural tourism? As the owner of the country and the core of rural tourism,how should the villagers protect fairness and justice of their own?This paperadopts a kind of method of interdisciplinary research basedon the human geography,socio-cultural geography and management and attempts to analyze the social fairness perception of residents in rural tourism destinationfrom the perspective of the theory of justice,social conflict,social exchange and tourist resort life cycle model theory.The paper takes Yongding Hongkeng village as a case,the villagers as the research subject,using qualitative and quantitative methods,and mainly studiesthe evolution of the historical and geographical process of rural settlement and the changesof social justice sense under the background of tourism development.Following are conclusions from the analysis:(1)Hongkeng village experiencedfour stages: from the exploration of germination to stagnation and decline in tourism development;concerning the time and space of tourism development evolution,it experienced the three periods from Zhen Cheng buildings as the core to form point radiation to point control and the overall layout of the development of tourism.(2)The role of villagers transformed from single farmers to the Tulou landlord,migrant workers,farmers,businessmen and "speculation" farmers' and multiple roles holds complicated social attributes;interpersonal relationship in villages also changed from family to society,from his son to a rival,the transition from acquaintance society to stranger society.(3)The data show that the biggest factor whichinfluences Hong Keng village villagers' social fairness perception is the political injustice,followed by ecological culture,social redistribution,social interaction and economic aspects.According to the above five aspects,social equity adjustment mechanism made is the solution to the current problems occurring in Hong Keng village tourism development,and ease the contradiction among villagers,village tourism companies and village committee as well as the best way to the maintainstable harmonious rural society.The study also confirmed that tourism not only causes the evolution of rural settlement,but,to some extent,accelerates the historical process.From the angle of focusing on fairness and justice of rural tourism and social fairness of villagers to guide practice,it is the best way to retain village,recover nostalgia memory,promote rural tourism localization and realize the sustainable development of rural tourism.
