China's Food Safety Issues And The Regulatory Status Quo And Countermeasures Of The Government

With the rapidly development of Chinese economy and society, the food safe problem has become the focus of the whole society. Recently a series of food safe events has revealed the weakness of food government. To reform the system of food government is necessary now. The dissertation introduces the situation of Chinese food supervision; analysis the characteristic of Chinese food safe; state the management system of Chinese food safe. We discuss the reason of system and society about food safe. We introduce the management experiences of advanced country such as American, Japan and EU. Based on the analysis above, we give the advice about Chinese food problem.
