Research On Risk Management Of Chinese Finance Leasing Industry

Financial leasing industry started in USA in the 1950s,then was accepted,promoted and brought into play by many countries and became a strong impetus to the development of local economy.But since the introduction of this business in 1981 in China,it's development is not smooth,mainly due to the limited experience of the development.There are many risk factors of macro and micro.On the one hand,there is the macro risk of legal policy because the management system, system construction of china is not perfect;on the other hand,there are many micro risks such as operational risk,credit risk due to its characteristics and imperfect internal management system.As an important way of corporate finance,leasing industry is very important to China's economy especially SMEs.The stability and healthy development of financial leasing itself is very important.Therefore,the research on risk management of financial leasing industry has theoretical and practical significance.This paper consists of six parts.The first part introduces the research background,research status and the method and the main content of this paper.The second part mainly introduced the financal leaseing and risk management and other related concepts including finance leasing,types,features and the concept of risk management;The third part first introduced the present situation of financial leasing industry in China,then mainly analyzed the current risks we faced,including operational risk,financial risks and credit risk Etc.Part IV first introduced the development status and characteristics of foreign finance leasing industry,and then analyed some risk prevention strategies in foreign countries,and last analyed of foreign risk management strategies in financial leasing industry.on the basis of the previous theory and analysis,The fifth part proposed risk management of financial leasing industry in our country.The last part is a summary of the full text.
