With wide application of broadband wireless access technology and mobile terminal equipment,people can get information anytime and anywhere.Mobile internet is born under this trend and we are pacing into an era that everyone is connected by the mobile internet.With the popularity of mobile internet and smart phones,plenty of mobile applications rise and change people's lives significantly.Among all the mobile applications,WeChat is no doubt the most popular one.WeChat was born in 2011,and the last five years have witnessed its explosive growth all over the world,especially in China.Now,WeChat is the one of the world's fastest growing social APP.WeChat has empowered over 396 million monthly active users worldwide by the end of March 2014.The number of active uses on WeChat has reached 800 million by the end of June 2016.WeChat's powerful and convenient functions attract people to use it frequently in their daily lives.In the meantime,WeChat is also used as an important communication tool both in formal communication and informal communication within organizations.Therefore,this thesis takes group members as targeted audiences and studies the frequency they use WeChat in their daily work.Inspired by internal communication theories and WeChat related studies,the author puts forward three hypotheses: WeChat's application differs in foreign companies,private companies and state-owned companies,WeChat has a positive relationship with communication openness as well as WeChat has a positive impact on communication satisfaction.The author sends questionnaires to gather information and uses SPSS to do quantitative analysis for testifying hypotheses above.The author hopes to add new things to internal communication theories.The author also wants to offer constructive suggestions for organizations to use WeChat more wisely.
