Research On Risk Management In GSM Term 12 Project Of Zhongshan Mobile

Risk Management was built out of modern systematic management, at the basis of system security. With the overview of the whole project, Risk Management emphasizes on the Risk Identification, Operation Control and Evaluation of the overall effect. Security control of all staff, all process, all aspects, will make the enterprise and management both reach the best protective state.The developing telecommunication project will encounter a lot of uncertainties including big investment, urgent construction period, complex environment etc, which will enlarge the risk of the project. How to avoid risks and carry out project under control is now a new challenge as well as an opportunity.In order to explore, analyze and raise the possible solutions in security monitoring and control aspects, this thesis tracks the whole life period of GSM Term 12 network project by using Risk Management System. By theoretical analysis and practical research, we built the procedure of risk management in GSM Term 12, which helped the construction sector a better method to minimize potential losses by identifying and handling risks in different stages. We also work out a theory for Risk management, which is also applicable in other fields and can be a possible reference to increase the level of risk management in future telecommunication construction projects.
